Mid-Level Product Designer About CarOnSale CarOnSale is a fast-growing B2B platform revolutionising the way used cars are traded across Europe. We connect car dealers through a seamless digital marketplace, making buying and selling vehicles more transparent, efficient, and data-driven. Our mission is to simplify automotive trading with smart, user-focused products — and design plays a key role in achieving that vision. Your tasks: Drive informed design decisions to deliver functional B2B products across all platforms. Lead design and user experience through the entire lifecycle — from research and prototyping to iterative testing. Demonstrate a strong understanding of user-centered design processes and UX principles. Collaborate closely within your cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring great products to life. Conduct research and analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to continuously improve our product and delight our users. Your profile: 2+ years of experience working in product teams, with solid knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Figma. Hands-on product design experience, including prototyping and user testing. Proven experience operating in a highly cross-functional environment to bring products from concept to launch. A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership — you identify problems and find innovative solutions through iteration and research. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus), with the ability to simplify complexity and align stakeholders across the organisation.
