The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid-Level Systems Administrator to join the team in San Antonio, TX.
This role provides critical support to Executive leadership and manages secure computing environments, ensuring seamless and protected operations at the highest levels. Join us to be at the forefront of safeguarding sensitive information with precision and excellence.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Current RMF compliant with a Security+ certificate or obtain certification within first 6 months
  • 3+ years of experience administering user system access and establishing safeguards to protect information to meet network security requirements
  • 3+ years of experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and administering current Windows Server 2016 - 2019 and Desktop Operating Systems - Windows 10
  • 3+ years of experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) or other developed software applications
  • Experience troubleshooting Group Policy Objects (GPO)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Active Top Secret clearance or higher
  • 5+ years of experience with Information Technology infrastructure
  • 5+ years of experience in communicating with all levels from individual contributors to executives
  • 1+ years of experience as a lead in a formal and/or informal role
  • Experience working with executives
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to Executive personnel
  • Work directly with programs to ensure Information Technology infrastructure solutions meet the program requirements and schedules
  • Provide comprehensive end-to-end computing support in closed environments from desktops to servers
  • Provide broad range of systems and application support
  • Prepare release planning for software and hardware across the system, including patch management
  • Administer user system access and establish safeguards to protect information to meet security requirements
  • Develop, design, integrate and maintain all computer applications
  • Perform the restoration of routine to complex computing service operations
  • Protect classified and proprietary information
