Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Prospect & Connect: Outbound prospecting is a large expectation of this role. You will be in the driver’s seat for demand generation in your territory, working closely with your leadership, marketing and partnerships to develop new campaigns to generate opportunities. You will be carrying out your business development via calling, emailing, Linkedin, and face-to-face. This involves making a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day.
  • Consult & Advise: You will guide clients through the sales process, leading with curiosity and a persistent focus on discovery. Based on your research and learnings of the customers’ goals and challenges, you will showcase Deliverect’s unique position to help them grow. You will demonstrate a deep understanding of our product offerings and their value proposition. You’ll act as a consultative guide, tailoring presentations and workshops to meet each customer’s specific needs.
  • Win & Close: Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature. You will navigate complex sales cycles, handle objections with resilience and strategic thinking, and navigate negotiations with confidence.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams like Sales Engineers, Product Management, Marketing, Partnerships, and Legal to orchestrate end-to-end sales processes.
  • Optimize: Utilize our CRM tool (HubSpot) to track interactions and manage your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring clear communication, accurate forecasting, and streamlined processes.
  • Succeed: Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, qualification, and revenue. You’ll forecast revenue accurately and contribute to Deliverect’s growth by converting opportunities into successful deals.
  • Handover: Perform a smooth handover of newly signed clients to the Implementation Consultants team to ensure successful onboarding and a seamless transition. This directly impacts customer satisfaction.
  • Report: Provide regular updates on sales activities, results, and forecasts to your leadership.

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success within a key and rapidly expanding segment of the North American market. You will act as a trusted advisor to mid-sized restaurant chains, helping them navigate operational complexities and achieve significant growth through our innovative digital ordering solutions. Your expertise in understanding customer needs and crafting tailored solutions will be instrumental in generating opportunities and closing new, high-value accounts.
