WHO YOU ARE We are seeking an exceptional Mid-Market Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team in revolutionizing revenue cycle management within the healthcare sector. As the cornerstone of our sales efforts, you will be at the forefront of driving growth, fostering partnerships, and delivering unparalleled value to our customers. You will spearhead our direct-to-end user sales efforts, employing a proactive “hunter” mentality to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving lead generation, nurturing customer relationships, and exceeding revenue targets. Lead and execute direct-to-end user sales efforts in a "hunter" model Achieve annual sales targets within assigned territories Collaborate closely with the sales leadership to develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective pipeline management and sales forecasting Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and expand our market presence Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks OUR CORE VALUES At Encoda, we do more than profess our values.
