Summary and Responsibilities: The Account Executive will sell Track industry-leading Hospitality Software. The Account Executive must have strong hospitality industry experience as well as multiple years of solution-selling experience across a broad spectrum of hospitality-specific products and services. The two major focus areas will be:  - Discover, develop, and manage business relationships with targeted prospects to help solve problems and sell the Track Hospitality Services. - Apply industry experience and understanding of hotels, resorts, and property management customers’ needs to effectively understand the best solutions to recommend.  Duties and Responsibilities:  - Uncover problems and pain points through effective questioning and rapport building while understanding their strategy for marketing, technology, and distribution. - Excellent rapport building at the “C” level via face-to-face, phone, email, text, events, and social media. - Present our products and services to qualified prospects via face to face and over the phone. - Develop, update, and effectively manage a quality pipeline of prospects. - Responsible for full sales cycle from proactively generating a lead to closing. - Engage in cross-department communication and relationships with key product and customer success managers. - Manage the customer relationship after the sale and ensure a smooth transition through implementation, to ongoing support. - Consistently update the CRM based on company expectations and best practices - Grow current marketplace customers and expand existing business solutions and software customers into new products and services.  - Provide market trends and feedback to assist with product development and implementation activities. - Meet or exceed assigned sales goals Required Qualifications: - 3+ Years of Sales Experience. - Solution selling/consulting experience  - You like to travel. 25% Travel is typical per month Diversity and Inclusion: We celebrate diversity of thought, culture, and background and are committed to creating an inclusive environment. Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $70,000–$80,000, with an equal split between base and variable compensation (50/50 OTE structure) Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, and geographic location
