Working closely with our Chief Accountant, you’ll play a key role in shaping financial workflows, analyzing data to support strategic decisions, and contributing to the growth of our finance department. About the Role Join our dynamic Finance team to manage full-cycle accounting for international businesses, with a focus on the US market. You’ll play a key role in coordinating financial processes, building and refining workflows, and driving efficiency through automation. Key Responsibilities Manage the full accounting cycle, from journal entries to financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Oversee General Ledger (GL) processes and validate data in automated systems. Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and ensure adherence to tax and regulatory requirements (US GAAP and international standards). Contribute to the creation and optimization of financial processes in a developing department. Collaborate with the team to implement automation solutions for greater efficiency. Must-Have Requirements Full-Cycle Accounting Expertise: Hands-on experience managing the entire accounting cycle, with a strong understanding of GL processes and debit/credit principles. Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication for seamless interaction with international stakeholders. Process Ownership: Ability to take responsibility for processes, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
