I’m working with a small, growing consultancy that helps their clients improve their businesses through advising on business topics and strategy, cyber security, cloud, and more. They are now looking to add IAM Consultants to their team, giving you a wide variety of projects to work on – password management, access control, identity categorisation, etc.

Responsibilities:

• You will take the lead on projects, sometimes guiding juniors and guiding them where necessary
• You will manage complex projects
• You will consult customers on a wide variety of IAM topics: password management/policy, user management, identity categorisation, model development, and more
• You will travel to client-site for project kick-offs/check-ins
• You will constantly improve your skills through taking part in projects, learning from senior colleagues, and completing training opportunities

Required Skills:

• You have B1+ German and fluent English language skills
• You have 5+ years of relevant IAM experience
• You are familiar with a variety of tools, such as Okta, Ping Identity, MS Entra ID, CyberArk, SailPoint, etc.
• You are willing to be an IAM generalist, rather than a specialist

Desired Skills:

• You are a very quick learner
• You have IAM consulting experience
