Maurice Law Barristers & Solicitors is the first and largest Indigenous-owned national law firm in Canada. Since 2002, we have been the leading advocate successfully advancing historic Treaty and Aboriginal rights claims against the federal government.
Our firm has always been guided by a simple principle: justice should be accessible. That’s why we routinely accept cases for clients who cannot afford to pay legal fees up front.
We are proud of the significant results we have achieved – not only for our clients, but in advancing reconciliation for Indigenous communities across Canada. We also take our responsibility to reconciliation seriously – that’s why we donate a portion of the fees we earn back to our clients.
