**Mid to Senior .NET Engineer** **Why Join Us?** - Be part of a large multinational corporation (MNC) with a 25-year track record in healthcare, servicing over 500 clinics and hospitals across Malaysia, Southeast Asia, and Australia. - Work on cutting-edge digital healthcare solutions, including digital records, virtual/telemedicine platforms, predictive analytics, automation, and holistic healthcare data accessible to both patients and doctors. - Contribute to three distinct revenue streams: - CMS & digital transformation for the parent company - Two external SaaS products - Custom projects for healthcare and NGO clients **Key Projects** - Digital transformation and ongoing enhancement of legacy Clinic Management System (CMS) - Development of dashboards and business intelligence tools - Creation of a B2B e-commerce platform connecting clinics with suppliers - Human Resource Management (HRM) systems - Finance Management System - Building custom software solutions for healthcare and NGO customers **Culture & Team Structure** - Work on one core project and multiple smaller internal and external projects - Join a team of 14 mid to senior engineers (including dedicated QA, UX, and DevOps), with plans to grow to 20 engineers in 2025 - “T-Shape” team structure: collaborate across disciplines and gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) - Supportive environment for growth, sharing ideas, and giving/receiving actionable feedback - Take accountability for your projects, timelines, and deliverables; self-learn and stay up to date with new technologies **Responsibilities** - Design and develop scalable web applications and maintainable system architectures - Build and manage back-end services and APIs, with opportunities to utilise and learn CQRS - Conduct testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (supported by a dedicated QA team) **Must-Have Skills** - Proficiency in .NET (modern versions preferred; .NET 4.8 onwards considered) - Strong experience with C# and C# multithreading - Familiarity with ORM/Entity Framework and SOLID principles - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) **Nice-to-Have Skills (Opportunities to Learn)** - .NET Core / .NET 8 - Cloud technologies, especially Azure and Azure SQL - Microservices architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) - Web APIs and CQRS - Front-end development with Angular and JavaScript **Grade / Level** - 3–8+ years of engineering experience - Individual contributor roles suited for curious and technically strong engineers - Report to the Tech Lead, who reports to the General Manager **Location & Work Arrangement** - Permanent position, 5 days on-site with flexible start and finish times - Option to split time between office and home - Office located in Uptown Damansara (close to Starling Mall), with free shuttle service to MRT **Summary** This is an excellent opportunity for mid to senior .NET engineers who are passionate about healthcare technology, eager to work in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, and ready to take ownership of impactful projects.
