Location: Athens (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time Netsteps, an official Shopify Plus Partner and one of Greece’s leading digital agencies in eCommerce development and digital marketing, is looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager with a passion for client success and digital transformation. You will join a growing team managing Shopify Plus projects for leading global eCommerce brands, ensuring smooth delivery, excellent communication, and measurable business results. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Shopify Plus and eCommerce projects for international clients Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, marketers) to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery Track project progress, budgets, and KPIs to maintain transparency and accountability Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify opportunities for account growth Requirements 2+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in digital, eCommerce, or tech projects Excellent client communication and account management skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Fluency in English (written and spoken) Nice to Have Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus Background in Account Management or Client Success Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Asana Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field What We Offer The opportunity to work on Shopify Plus projects for top global eCommerce brands A supportive, people-first culture that encourages professional growth Clear career path toward Senior Project Manager / Account Lead roles Flexible hybrid working model based in Athens Competitive salary and ongoing professional development
