Role
We’re looking for a highly efficient and detail-driven Mid-Weight Designer to help deliver brand excellence across PTO outputs. Reporting into the Senior Designer, you’ll be a key design partner for our operations and content teams - responsible for producing high-quality assets across event, marketing, broadcast, and partnership touchpoints.
This is a hands-on, high-volume role with a focus on execution and craft. You’ll thrive in artworking, consistency, and brand application at pace - while contributing fresh ideas and helping shape creative campaigns where required. This role is based at our London HQ, with potential travel opportunities.
Key Role Responsibilities

Design Execution:

  • Responsible for producing design outputs across event and operational materials - from course maps and race packs to signage, athlete guides, and partner deliverables.
  • Support marketing and content teams with branded assets, ensuring consistency and speed across digital, social, and print formats.
  • Apply pixel-perfect craft across layouts, typography, scaling, and formatting.
  • Actively participate in original conception of content ideas, strands story telling and problem solving business needs through design and the wider content needs Asset Production & Artworking
  • Deliver production-ready artwork across multiple channels: print, digital, broadcast, and experiential.
  • Manage multiple briefs at once, balancing pace with quality.
  • Adapt and resize assets for different formats and specifications. Template & System Support
  • Maintain and refine templates, toolkits, and design systems to drive efficiency across the team.
  • Support scalable workflows that allow high-volume creative delivery. Creative Contribution
  • Contribute ideas and inspiration in brainstorms and campaign development sessions.
  • Support original concepting when time and scope allow - but focus remains on executional delivery.

Strategic Department Contribution:

  • Play a key role in department planning, campaign development, and brand growth strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to company-wide initiatives that position design as a strategic, value-driving function. Be prepared to challenge the status quo and propose exciting, original solutions.

Who we’re looking for / Profile:

  • Ideally 4+ years of design experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment, with a portfolio that showcases strong brand, digital, and campaign design across channels.
  • A creative passion for visual storytelling, bold ideas, and beautifully executed design.
  • Strong foundation in graphic design principles, including typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with After Effects and Canva is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a drive for clean, high-quality design across digital and print formats.
  • Understanding of digital and print production processes and the ability to see projects through from concept to final delivery.
  • Confident managing multiple workstreams and meeting tight deadlines while staying calm under pressure.
  • Building an evolving competence in AI workflows and efficiencies
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for being part of a creative team.
