The Role We're looking for a talented Mid-Weight Designer to join our creative team and help shape the visual world of CASA by JJ. This is a hands-on role where you'll create everything from Meta ad creatives and social content to packaging designs and product development—all while maintaining our signature refined aesthetic. You'll work closely with our founder, Creative Director, and social media strategist to bring our brand story to life across every touchpoint. What You'll Be Doing Create compelling Meta ad creatives alongside our Copywriter and Art Director Own visual brand cohesion across all channels and touchpoints Develop engaging social media content with a focus on explosive growth Support product design from concept through to production-ready files Design packaging, lookbooks, product tags, and promotional materials Create assets for web, email campaigns, and digital platforms with strong UX understanding Stay ahead of design, interior, and lifestyle trends to inform creative direction Liaise with suppliers and printers to ensure flawless execution Contribute to seasonal launches with mood boards, art direction, and campaign concepts What We're Looking For 5+ years' design experience, ideally in luxury, interiors, fashion, or lifestyle sectors A stunning portfolio showcasing refined aesthetics and versatile design skills Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Figma or Canva a plus Strong grasp of typography, layout, and composition Experience across both print and digital mediums Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative startup environments Genuine passion for homeware, interiors, and beautiful design Startup or top-tier agency experience is a bonus Why Join Us Work directly with the founder in a creative, dynamic startup environment Hybrid working pattern (Monday & Friday WFH, Tuesday–Thursday in our beautiful Chelsea studio) Competitive salary based on experience Staff discount on all CASA by JJ products Opportunity to grow with a fast-evolving, design-led business Access to industry events, trade shows, and design fairs A supportive, inspiring team culture where your voice matters How to Apply Please submit your CV and portfolio via the Careers Page.
