About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Mid-Weight PPC Analyst to join our performance marketing team. You will be responsible for managing, optimising, and reporting on paid media campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring measurable ROI and growth for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who has hands-on experience with paid search and paid social platforms, is confident working with data, and wants to take the next step in their PPC career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies
  • Write and test ad copy, extensions, and creatives to maximise CTR and conversions
  • Monitor campaign performance, proactively making recommendations and implementing optimisations to improve ROI
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and insights to clients and stakeholders
  • Support budget forecasting, pacing, and bid management to ensure campaigns hit KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with PPC trends, industry updates, and platform developments to inform strategy

Skills & Experience Required

  • 2–3 years’ experience in PPC / paid media campaign management (agency or in-house)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and at least one paid social platform
  • Experience with campaign tracking and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills
  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, or Video) desirable
  • Experience with e-commerce campaigns and/or lead generation campaigns preferred
