Location: Lagos, Abuja & Port Harcourt Job Description The ideal candidates will: drive sustained growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) and brokerage volumes originate and mobilize funds through liability products and treasury relationships expand and deepen institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth client relationships strengthen market presence across the Group’s operating platforms Target Roles Senior Wealth Advisor Senior Relationship Manager Treasury & Institutional Marketing Lead Treasury & Institutional Marketing Officers Brokerage Business Development Lead Qualifications 5–12+ years’ experience within Asset Management, Stockbroking, Banking, Treasury, or Capital Markets. Proven track record at middle or senior management level Demonstrated success in AUM growth, brokerage expansion, or treasury-driven fund mobilization Strong liability product sales capability Treasury Marketing and institutional fund sourcing expertise Advanced relationship management and client origination skills Well-established professional networks with measurable outcomes Solid understanding of capital markets and regulatory environments
