Newrest Hellas, part of the global Newrest Group, is currently seeking an experienced Middle East Chef to join its culinary production team in Spata (Athens International Airport area). This position offers the opportunity to work within an international environment, preparing authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes that meet the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and innovation. Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes with precision and consistency. Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Follow established recipes and directions provided by the Executive Chef. Collaborate effectively with kitchen and production staff. Support the daily operations of the catering production unit. Culinary degree from a recognized institution Minimum 10 years of professional experience specializing in Ethnic Arabic / Middle Eastern cuisine. Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations. Fluency in English and Greek (spoken and written). Previous experience in catering services or large hotel kitchens is considered an advantage. Strong teamwork, reliability, and ability to follow instructions precisely. Full-time employment (5 days per week, 8-hour morning shifts). Competitive salary package. Transportation allowance / partial coverage of commuting expenses.
