POSITION OVERVIEW

Scentroid is seeking a highly aggressive, KPI-driven sales professional to join our Middle East team. This is a field-focused role; you will be constantly visiting client sites, generating leads, and closing high-value deals.
We want someone with a hunter mentality, unafraid to pursue new business aggressively while building relationships with top decision-makers in wastewater treatment, oil & gas, landfill operations, and environmental sectors. Technical sales experience with industrial or environmental machinery is a strong advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Experience selling technical or environmental monitoring equipment preferred.
  • Knowledge of regional industries: wastewater treatment, oil & gas, environmental compliance, and landfill operations.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Middle East.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development through proactive prospecting, cold calls, networking, and site visits.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to expand Scentroid’s market share.
  • Conduct regular client site visits, frequent travel across the Middle East is mandatory.
  • Present technical solutions for air quality and odour monitoring, tailoring proposals to client needs.
  • Build long-term relationships with private, municipal, and government clients.
  • Work closely with technical and marketing teams to deliver client-specific presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records in Scentroid’s CRM and provide detailed sales reports to management.
