DESCRIPTION To be successful, you will build a deep understanding of all aspects of the business, developing both the critical goals as well as driving the operational execution. This role presents a unique opportunity to work with a variety of high growth markets which are a key part of the future growth of the business. A successful candidate will support the business in finding solutions to the unique challenges that are faced in the region whilst also supporting sales teams in ensuring the Apple playbook is adopted. Whilst initially this role will be focused on process and administration; a successful candidate will drive a successful project leading to the automation, centralisation and delegation of many of these tasks which will allow bandwidth for more commercially focused activities. These will cover areas such as target setting, partner account planning, demand generation and other channel development and investment activities. Great communication is essential from challenging and enabling your key business partners articulate findings from financial analysis, to building and maintaining external relationships with channel partners and to supporting cross-functional projects. A high degree of integrity and attention to detail will be essential for insight based decision-making and ensuring robust controls and compliance. You will also assist the rest of the finance function with some of the key team tasks which need to be performed on a regular basis and will have a keen eye for process improvements which can help drive efficiencies. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Excellent communication and influencing skills. Proficient in spoken and written English, with accomplished presentation skills. Ability to understand, evaluate and apply different business models to the right environment. Analytical with outstanding Finance grounding and understanding. Degree level education PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Proven track record of value creation, leading change and performance improvement. An interest in system and process improvement Innovative team based player, with forward-thinking approach. Accountancy qualification preferred.
