Description

Dive into the pulse of cutting-edge solutions with Patrianna LTD!
We’re looking for a Middle Frontend Developer with a product-oriented mindset — someone who doesn’t just implement specs, but actively thinks about how to make internal systems intuitive, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable to use.
Who We’re Looking For!
You’ll be working on our Back Office solution, the core interface that powers internal operations across compliance, risk, support, and more. It’s built on Retool, but we don’t expect you to be an expert in it — what matters most is your ability to design smooth workflows and craft usable, scalable solutions for non-technical users.
This role is perfect for someone who is absolutely passionate about convenient user experience — maybe even a bit obsessive when it comes to workflow clarity, interface logic, and eliminating friction. You’ll treat internal users with the same care and respect a product designer would treat end users — because their experience matters just as much.
If you take pride in simplifying complexity, love creating tools that people actually want to use, and think good UX is a competitive advantage — we’d love to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of commercial experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS, including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Strong UX mindset, understanding the distinction between functional and usable UI.
  • Comfortable working with data-driven and workflow-intensive interfaces (e.g., admin panels, dashboards).
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs or third-party services.
  • Basic SQL knowledge, capable of direct database querying (e.g., PostgreSQL).
  • Solid collaboration skills, able to work effectively with product owners and non-technical stakeholders.
  • English: B2+. Be able to discuss UI/UX, logic, and workflows with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
  • Build and evolve our internal backoffice solution using Retool and custom APIs.
  • Design and develop features that connect frontend logic with backend APIs and databases.
  • Understand how internal users work — and improve that experience through thoughtful UX and workflow design.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, gather feedback, and translate it into impactful features.
  • Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code.
  • Take ownership of the reliability, security, and usability of the backoffice system.
  • Proactively challenge unclear requirements and suggest smarter, more elegant approaches.
