Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle and High School Teacher to join our team. As a Middle and High School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure student success. Duties: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning - Utilize various teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles - Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and other forms of evaluation - Provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance - Manage classroom behavior and maintain a respectful and inclusive learning environment - Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives - Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field - Valid teaching certification or license - Experience working with high school/middle school children - Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment - Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus - Proficient in lesson planning, proofreading, and literacy education.
