We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics. We are looking for a Middle Lawyer to join our team. Job Description Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts including supplier agreements, affiliate/partner agreements, white-label deals, software and licensing contracts, and NDAs; Collaborate with procurement, marketing, finance, and product teams to support day-to-day business operations; Support regulatory audits and ongoing license maintenance; Work closely with the compliance team to ensure alignment on AML, KYC, and advertising obligations; Assist with corporate housekeeping, including drafting board resolutions and maintaining corporate records. Qualifications Master degree in law; 2+ years of experience in legal drafting, reviewing contracts and internal documents; Practical knowledge of compliance (KYC, AML, GDPR, internal policies, risk assessment); Experience in high risk industry will be a plus; Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and ownership mindset. English level at least B2.
