QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a middle management role within a supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing environment (3-5 years minimum).
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Distribution Oversite:
  • Manage the logistics and distribution processes to maximize service levels and minimize delivery times.
  • Implement standardized processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the distribution operations.
  • Manufacturing Coordination:
