We are looking for a motivated Middle Manual Tester to join our QA team and help ensure the quality of our products and services. In this role, you will perform case reviews, assist in quality audits, and contribute to identifying and resolving QA challenges. REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience in manual testing and quality assurance
• Solid QA profile with basic knowledge of technical environments
• Strong analytical skills to assess QA reports, identify missing resolutions, and ensure proper categorization
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for coaching and team interaction
• Ability to adapt to new responsibilities and adjust to changing business requirements
• Experience in generating and presenting QA reports and KPIs
• Basic familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and willingness to contribute to process improvements
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to identify areas for improvement
• B2+ English level

• Conduct case reviews to ensure quality standards are met in alignment with KPIs and SLAs
• Support audits by analyzing findings and contributing to action plans for improvement
• Assist in tracking and resolving QA issues, ensuring closure of identified challenges
• Collaborate with the team to maintain case accuracy and high CSAT scores
• Identify and report QA challenge areas, contributing to team improvement initiatives
• Provide support for quality-related feedback and follow-ups through case flagger tools
