What You’ll Be Driving: Developing and executing comprehensive media strategies across channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Bing, DSP platforms); Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to define campaign goals, target audience, and KPIs; Researching market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to guide media buying decisions; Planning and managing media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of funds; Executing targeted and data-driven ad placements to maximize reach and engagement; Monitoring campaign performance through analytics tools and adjusting strategies when needed; Generating regular performance reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations. What Makes You a GR8 Fit: Proven experience in media planning and buying, ideally in an advertising agency or similar role; Experience in B2B marketing (a strong plus); Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.); Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data using tools like Google Analytics or Facebook Analytics; Solid negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with media vendors; Familiarity with media planning tools and analytics platforms; Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex data clearly; Analytical mindset with critical thinking and attention to detail; BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (a plus); Upper-intermediate English (required).
