What You’ll Do: As Middle Motion Designer, you will help create dynamic, visually engaging content for brands in the fields of technology, recruitment, and education. Key Duties/Responsibilities: -Create motion content for social media (Instagram, Facebook), advertising campaigns, landing pages, and brand communications - Combine photos, video footage, graphic elements, and text into cohesive, rhythmic, and emotionally expressive stories -Collaborate with the team lead, designers, copywriters, and marketing specialists — Take part in creative brainstorms and develop ideas for advertising campaigns and brand projects - Maintain a consistent visual style across all brands and adapt animations to each brand’s tone of voice -Integrate AI tools into the motion design workflow - Develop a system of templates and reusable motion elements to standardize production and speed up content delivery -Create videos based on provided materials that support the idea and storytelling -Meet deadlines and ensure high quality in every project To excel in this role, we're seeking candidates with: - 3+ years of experience in motion design, digital marketing, creative production — Understanding of the core principles of animation — Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma — Basic understanding performance and engagement metrics (CTR, CPA, retention, etc.) — has experience creating content for social media and ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) — knows 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender (a plus) — is skilled in working with vector graphics — can effectively organize their workflow and manage tasks independently — used AI tools and keeps up with motion design trends — has clear communication skills in English Remuneration Package: Full-time, on-site employment (in office) Competitive salary range: depending on experience. 21 annual leave days paid in full. 3 days paid sick leave.
