Key Responsibilities

• Trade Support & Lifecycle ManagementValidate and support the booking of Fixed Income and Credit trades
• Ensure trades are accurately reflected within Front Office systems
• Manage lifecycle events across Bonds, CDS, CDS Indices and Swaps
• Investigate and resolve trade booking discrepancies and exceptions
• Liaise with Front Office, Operations and Technology teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Support the processing of amendments, terminations, novations and other trade events

• Risk & ControlPerform daily control activities and exceptions monitoring
• Ensure positions and risks are correctly represented within trading systems
• Investigate and resolve breaks between Front Office and downstream platforms
• Escalate operational risks and control issues appropriately
• Maintain robust governance and control standards
• Support audit, compliance and regulatory requirements

• Front Office SupportAct as a key contact for traders regarding trade support issues
• Provide subject matter expertise on trade lifecycle processes
• Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements
• Support new product launches and business initiatives
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Trading, Risk, Finance and Operations

• Projects & ChangeParticipate in regulatory and strategic change initiatives
• Support implementation of new products, markets and system enhancements
• Assist with process optimisation and automation opportunities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Middle Office function
• Support departmental project work as required

• Required Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience within Middle Office, Trade Support or Investment Banking Operations
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income and Bond products
• Understanding of Credit products and trade lifecycle management
• Experience supporting Front Office trading desks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced trading environment
• High attention to detail and strong risk awareness
