Responsibilities
  • Ensure that administrative processes related to the complete policy lifecycle are efficiently managed from A to Z, with a high level of quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Check the conditions of acceptance of the customer’s request, interacting with external subjects (borkers) and internal subjects (underwriters, network partners).
  • Be the point of reference for external and internal subjects, as well as colleagues abroad for the management of international customers.
  • Monitor, plan and issue contractual documents, coordinating with your supervisor, your team and internal and external subjects of the Company.
  • Manage and monitor the evolution of performance through the data provided by company systems, in terms of quality, speed and customer needs
