JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Middle Office Support: Provide operational support for front office activities, including transaction management, order confirmation, and data retrieval for reporting.
  • Process Management: Address operational issues and redefine existing processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Information Technology: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the reliability and security of technological systems used for trading and investment activities.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks in compliance with current regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Custodian Interaction: Manage relationships with global custodians and ensure the accuracy of custody data.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Bring new and innovative ideas to improve existing processes and systems.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within a small structure (AM/WM/FO) and/or in a bank.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent command of Excel and other financial reporting tools. Knowledge of IT systems used in financial operations.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English.
  • Personal Qualities: Mobile, agile, with a sharp mind capable of quickly identifying problems and providing solutions. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Stability: We are looking for a stable candidate who does not necessarily seek to evolve into investment roles but wishes to commit long-term.
