We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help drive product growth through data, user insights, and experimentation. You’ll work closely with design, development, analytics, and marketing teams to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and improve key product metrics. Job Description Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Research user behavior within the funnel and uncover areas for conversion improvement. Generate and validate data-driven hypotheses to optimize product metrics. Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests to support product decisions. Collaborate with design, development, analytics, QA, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of changes. Monitor product performance and propose initiatives for continuous improvement. Qualifications 1.5+ years of experience as a Product Manager. Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, GA, Tableau, etc.) and ability to draw practical insights from data. Proven experience in planning and running A/B tests, analyzing results, and providing actionable recommendations. Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and experience working with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of UX fundamentals and ability to identify and solve user pain points. Proactive mindset, structured thinking, and attention to detail. Nice to have: Experience conducting customer development (custdev) and user interviews. Experience in the iGaming industry.
