The candidate should possess strong classroom management abilities, excellent subject knowledge, and the capability to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with the Cambridge Curriculum framework for middle school students. Teach core English language skills including reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, speaking, and listening. Encourage analytical thinking, literary appreciation, and effective communication through interactive teaching methodologies. Design lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and classroom activities that support differentiated learning needs. Monitor and evaluate student performance through regular assessments, projects, presentations, and classroom participation. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic progress and developmental areas. Create a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom atmosphere that promotes active participation and collaboration. Integrate modern teaching aids, educational technology, and digital learning resources into classroom instruction. Prepare students for internal assessments, Cambridge-based evaluations, and school-level academic activities. Support students in developing confidence in written and verbal English communication. Participate in curriculum planning, teacher meetings, workshops, training programs, and extracurricular activities. Collaborate with fellow educators and academic coordinators to ensure consistent educational standards and student success. Maintain accurate academic records, attendance reports, and progress documentation as required by the institution.
