We are looking for a Middle School English Teacher for a Bilingual School based in Shanghai. This is a full-time position starting in August 2026. About the school Situated in the bustling metropolitan of Shanghai, China, this bilingual school resides in the Pudong district and is spread across a terrain of 35,000 m2. It comprises of a kindergarten, primary, middle and high school divisions. The school offers courses that are based on the International Baccalaureate (IB) and Advanced Placement (AP) programs with the English language being the medium of instruction. Job responsibilities Teach the subject of English to middle school students ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience Design, prepare and deliver high quality lessons to suit the individual needs of all students Co-teach with teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum Assess and monitor student progress and provide targets so that all learners can see success and improve Collaborate with other teachers to share new ideas, approaches and professional knowledge Contribute to extra-curricular activities program and participate in school activities such as assemblies, festivals, conferences Bachelor Degree or above More than two years related working experience Hold a teaching certificate Passionate and Energetic in teaching Excellent English communication skills Salary and benefits Monthly salary of 22,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly housing allowance of up to 6,000 RMB Flight reimbursement up to 10,000 RMB Medical health insurance Summer and winter holidays National holidays Meal allowance
