We are looking for a Middle School English Teacher for an international School based in Shanghai. This position is available from the upcoming 2026/27 academic year in August 2026. Job responsibilities Teach the subject of English to middle school students ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience Design, prepare and deliver high quality lessons to suit the individual needs of all students Co-teach with teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum Assess and monitor student progress and provide targets so that all learners can see success and improve Collaborate with other teachers to share new ideas, approaches and professional knowledge Contribute to extra-curricular activities program and participate in school activities such as assemblies, festivals, conferences Bachelor Degree or above More than two years related working experience Hold a teaching certificate Ability to teach Global Perspectives preferred Salary and benefits Monthly salary of 27,000 to 32,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly housing allowance of up to 10,000 RMB Medical health insurance Summer and winter holidays National holidays
