Duxbury Middle School is seeking exceptional candidates for a Middle School Health Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.

Requirements:

  • Current certification from Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education with SEI Endorsement in Health/ Family and Consumer Science
  • Particular comfort teaching MA State Health Frameworks at Grade 8
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from accredited college or university
  • Classroom management skills that support students social emotional learning
  • Experience meeting the needs of diverse learners
  • Ability to plan and implement lessons that are aligned with Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks
  • Citizenship, residency or work visa required
