JOB OVERVIEW

Fieldstone School invites applications for a dynamic teaching position in our Middle and Senior Schools. This role requires the ability to teach:

• Grades 5–10 Core French
• Grade 8 Science
• Grade 11 & 12 Biology and Chemistry

We are seeking an exceptional educator with a passion for both languages and science who thrives in a small, supportive school community.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Science and/or French (required).
• Teaching experience with both middle and senior school students (preferred).
• Fluency in English & French (native or near-native proficiency).
• Strong content knowledge in Senior Biology and Chemistry.
• A teaching credential or certification is an asset, but not required.
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and academically ambitious classroom environment with the benefits of small class sizes.

  Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Teach Grades 5–10 Core French, fostering strong language skills and cultural understanding across middle and senior school levels.
• Deliver engaging instruction in Grade 8 Science, preparing students for Senior School science pathways.
• Teach Grade 11 & 12 Biology and Chemistry, supporting students in preparation for post-secondary STEM studies.
• Design and implement differentiated instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners in small class settings.
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives, co-curricular activities, and community events.
