Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Teachers to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field.
  • Teaching certification.
  • Previous teaching experience at the high school level is preferred.
  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and multimedia tools.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state and national standards.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of all students.
  • Incorporate technology and multimedia resources into lessons to enhance learning.
  • Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and proficiency in the target subject.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and grades.
  • Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that promotes respect and inclusivity.
  • Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in instruction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and strategies for effective teaching.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and classroom activities.
  • Attend parent-teacher conferences and school events as required.
