College Tutors of Edina is seeking role model homework help tutors for 6th-10th grade students for the 2025/26 school year! This position provides you with the opportunity to mentor and tutor several students throughout the week and develop tutoring and teaching skills while making a difference! + You set your schedule (5-10 hours per week) within the hours of 3-9pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-9pm on Saturdays and Sundays Job Responsibilities: Assist students with homework in math (through algebra 2), reading/writing, general homework help and organizational skills. Check grades and school portals with students to keep them on track. Act as a role model and mentor to students that you tutor towards academic success. Qualifications: Ability to tutor most middle school and early high school subject areas: math (algebra 1, geometry or algebra 2), science (physical science or higher), reading/writing, history. Minimum GPA of 3.5. Good study habits and organizational skills as evidenced by college transcripts Previous tutoring experience is ideal but not required! It is not required that you are a current college student for our tutoring positions. Pay starts at $21 and hour for virtual sessions and $26 an hour for in person sessions.
