Leadership & Empathy: Strong capability to inspire, build team morale, and foster a positive, inclusive environment. Patience: Understanding that growth, skill development, and behavior changes take time and persistence. Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in the specific domain they are coaching (e.g., basketball, career management, executive leadership). Work Environment Schedules: Coaching often requires highly irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, particularly for athletic or part-time roles.
