In this role, you will provide advanced Level 2/3 support, ensure optimal performance of middleware and web components, and actively contribute to system build projects and operational maintenance. You will collaborate closely with architecture, application, and cybersecurity teams to deliver high-quality services and maintain compliance with ITIL standards. Responsibilities & Duties - Make the level 2/3 support, - Ensure the supervision and tuning of Middleware & WEB Components, - Carry out patches and migrations of Middleware & WEB components in conjunction with the Systems, Cyber and Applications teams, - Collaborate with the client's architecture, application and Cyber teams, - Carry out build projects on the client's environments, - Actively participate in the maintenance in operational condition and therefore in the maintenance of web-oriented information systems, - Guarantee a good level of service by respecting SLAs and ensuring clear communication with users, - Ensure the rigorous follow-up of tickets and alarms, - Carry out technology monitoring and knowledge capitalization, - Ensure the rigorous monitoring of ITIL standards and best practices, - Play the role of trainer and advisor to internal teams, - Participate in the development of technical topics around automation technologies Essential Skills · With a higher education in computer science (Bac+3 to Bac+5), you have at least 3 years' experience in advanced WEB server administration. · Administration WEB / Maitrise des technos : Apache Tomcat, Apache SolR, Apache Tika, PHP, Node JS, PHP FPM, NGINX, Jetty, Varnish, PHP IPAM · Mastery of production tools and middleware: Nagios, Veritas Volume Manager, Proxmox Mail Gateway, HA Proxy · Mastery of OpenShift - Mastery of Scripting Languages (Shell) · SQL knowledge · Maitrise de Linux (Distributions RedHat/Ubuntu/CentOs/Debian) · Advanced services + DNS + DHCP - Ability to document and set up clear and structured procedures Education Bachelor’s Degree Background Check Required N/A Benefits · TOIL - 8 to 11 days · Corporate mutual · Meal vouchers - 7 euros · Others - Benevolence, transparency, openness.
