Required Technical and Professional Expertise Realizar las actividades técnicas necesarias con el objetivo de mantener la plataforma middleware disponible. Se contempla realizar actividades de análisis de información para minimizar la ocurrencia de incidentes que afecten la disponibilidad de los servicios. Incluye las tareas asociadas a la configuración, administración, supervisión, gestión de la capacidad, gestión de incidencias y peticiones, integración entre aplicativos de servidores de aplicaciones y productos que dan soporte a las aplicaciones de las Sociedades o Negocios de Naturgy. Mantenimiento correctivo, evolutivo y soporte de la plataforma BUS y documentales. Se encargan del desarrollo de integraciones de las distintas aplicaciones que utilizan el BUS, sus pruebas y puestas en producción.
