• Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
• Logistics and Operations: Ensuring efficient movement of goods, coordinating deliveries, and managing warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.
• Safety and Compliance: Implementing and enforcing safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse operations, contributing to the development and implementation of new procedures, and enhancing overall efficiency.
• Communication and Coordination: Liaising with other departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders.

Specific Skills and Qualifications:

• Leadership and Supervision: Experience in leading and motivating a team of warehouse staff.
• Inventory Management: Knowledge and experience in managing inventory levels and implementing inventory control procedures.
• Logistics and Operations: Understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Safety and Compliance: Knowledge of safety regulations and experience in implementing and enforcing safety procedures.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with team members and other stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and contribute to process improvements.

• Educational Background: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with some roles requiring a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Able work with Midnight shift roatated / PH / Weekends.
