Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Midweight Brand Designer to join the Brand Design team, reporting to the Senior Manager. You’ll be a key contributor within the creative engine room of Nationwide, working hands-on to deliver high-quality, on-brand design across a wide range of touchpoints.   You’ll play an important role in bringing the Nationwide brand to life through exceptional visual design, supporting campaigns, social content, installations, and branding projects. Notably, you will have a particular focus on supporting our integration workstreams. Working closely with fellow designers, marketers, and internal stakeholders, you’ll help translate briefs into impactful, well-crafted creations that align with our brand guidelines and deliver against business objectives.   This role is ideal for a designer who loves execution, takes pride in craft, and enjoys collaborating as part of a high-performing creative team. You may have experience in an in-house brand team or had an agency career and are ready to make the move in-house.   We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best. This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.   At Nationwide, we offer hybrid working wherever possible. More rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues together across our UK-wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to home working. We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected.   For this job, you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part-time, you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon or London office. If your application is successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this works. You can also find out more about our approach to hybrid working here.
