Description

JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a passionate and proactive problem-solver with a relentless pursuit of better? We’re looking for a Midweight Creative to join our team in London and help brands connect with consumers through influencers and creators. This is a full-time position, reporting to an Associate Creative Director.
You’ll be someone who is constantly seeking new and better solutions, believing that what has been done before is “best so far,” not “best practice”. You’ll have a deep understanding of what great content looks like, which creators are making it, and how brands can play an authentic role

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

We’re looking for someone who is unsettled in a good way—always in pursuit of better. You should be obsessed with creators, social media, and their value to brands, while also understanding what “good” looks like in other brand marketing channels.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Solid years of experience in a creative role (at an agency, brand, or production company) with experience with influencer marketing.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your idea generation, craft, and social-first thinking.
  • Demonstrated ability to take concepts from a brief all the way to execution, with growing confidence in presenting your work.
  • A solid understanding of creators, social platforms, and digital culture, with a curiosity to spot what’s next.
  • Experience collaborating with influencers/creators, and a strong interest in learning how to get the best out of them.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, contributing ideas and supporting larger campaigns.
  • A proactive mindset—someone who not only answers briefs but looks for opportunities to push them further.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate your ideas.
Responsibilities
  • Creative Thinking & Making: You’ll develop and articulate original ideas for a variety of brands and audiences. This includes creating ideas for creators’ channels and pushing them into wider ad formats. You’ll consider the feasibility of your ideas from a production and client perspective to ensure they are “buyable”.
  • Project Leadership: You’ll have the confidence and autonomy to lead a mid-sized project from brief to delivery. This includes designing your own presentations with a clear narrative, strong content examples, and compelling slide design.
  • Collaboration: While you won’t be managing others, you’ll work in partnership with other creative team members and share knowledge with the entire agency.
  • Client Relations: You’ll present your ideas in a compelling way to clients.
