MIDWEIGHT CREATIVE STRATEGIST

We are looking for a Midweight Creative Strategist, internally known as a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our wider growth marketing team.
Funding Circle’s Growth Marketing team is absolutely crucial to our customer acquisition and expansion. They concentrate on driving user growth, optimising marketing funnels, and forecasting campaign performance. To achieve this, they collaborate with product, engineering, data science, creative, and partnerships teams to thoroughly understand our target audience and develop data-driven marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive who combines creativity with data-driven performance, thrives on experimentation, and is eager to uncover new ways to drive growth. As a member of our wider Growth Marketing team, you’ll also have the opportunity to expand your remit across other digital marketing channels and activities – e.g. Display, Affiliates, Search.

  • Oversee and optimise campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar, producing engaging static and video content, and testing creative to drive performance across Social and YouTube.
  • Bring fresh ideas to our content strategy, ideating and executing A/B tests to find effective messaging and take learnings forward.
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, optimising efficiency and ROI, as well as supporting Brand team with awareness-orientated sponsorship activity.
  • Monitor and manage digital marketing spend to ensure cost-effective performance and scalable results.
  • Work closely with internal teams, designers, and external agencies and partners to produce high-quality content.
