Description

Keep your schedule steady and your paycheck strong on this Midwest regional fleet. Drivers enjoy predictable routes, consistent freight, and dependable home time every week. Position Overview Midwest regional operation with weekly 34-hour resets at home. Average 2,100–2,300 miles per week. 100% no-touch freight — mix of drop & hook and live unload. Typical length of haul around 300 miles. Assigned 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths. 24/7 dispatch and maintenance support. Compensation Package $1,200–$1,400 weekly average pay. $0.57–$0.64 CPM depending on experience. $2,000 sign-on bonus (split: $500 first load, $500 after 30 days, $1,000 after 60 days). Detention: $12.50/hr after 2 hours. Layover/breakdown pay: $100 per day. Performance bonus: up to +3 CPM. Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid PTO after 30 days.
