Aureol Global Connections is looking for 2 proficient MIG Welders to enhance our dynamic team. As a MIG Welder, you will be integral to our production process, applying your welding skills to fabricate and assemble metal components with precision and care. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate MIG welding machines to weld and assemble metal parts according to specifications. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements. Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure adherence to quality standards. Work closely with the production team to address and resolve fabrication challenges. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety guidelines are met. Document welding activities, including materials used and processes followed. Participate in team meetings and provide input on workflow improvements. Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay updated on welding techniques. High school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant welding certifications are a plus. Demonstrable experience as a MIG Welder or in a similar position within a manufacturing setting. Strong understanding of MIG welding techniques and experience with various metals. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. Attention to detail with a strong focus on producing quality welds. Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the role. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Flexibility to adapt to different projects and work environments.
Responsibilities
