JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking skilled MIG Welders (GMAW) to work the day shift. Located in Welland, ON.
Ideal candidates will have experience in various welding techniques and the ability to fabricate and build components according to specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Day shift: 5:30am to 5:15pm, Monday to Thursday (44 hours weekly)
Pay: $23.00 per hour, paid weekly

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum two years proven experience as a Welder with a strong understanding of welding techniques and fabrication processes.
• Experience in building metal structures is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety practices in the workplace.

• Fabricate metal components using various welding techniques.
• Operate and maintain various power tools and machinery.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers to ensure accuracy in dimensions and specifications.
• Perform routine inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency.
