EDUCATION:



    • Bachelor’s degree required

    • Master’s Degree in Education

    EXPERIENCE:

    • At least five years of professional experience working with adults and students ages 3-21
    • Experience providing professional development preferred
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to develop procedures for record-keeping, data retrieval, disaggregation of data, financial management and for sustaining program features
    • Demonstrated ability to speak, understand, read and write fluently in both English and Spanish preferred
    • Previous experience working with community organizations and Migrant Education Program students and families preferred
      TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 months
      SALARY GRADE: Licensed Coordinator Schedule
