The position involves coordination, facilitation, and implementation of therapeutic activities, outings, skill development training, and crisis prevention and de-escalation, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This position will work with individuals, parents/guardians, Boundless staff, and outside providers that support treatment and contribute meaningfully to whole person health outcomes of the individual served.   Minimum Qualifications:  * Must be at least 18 years of age * Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or another related field OR at least 3 years or more of experience in the mental health field. * Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing. * High School Diploma or GED Required   Licensure/Certification:  * First Aid, CPR - adult, child and infant; delegated nursing. * Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance. * No more than 5 points on license.    Preferred Qualifications: * Three-year experience working with individuals with behavioral health conditions, autism spectrum disorder, and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities  * Experience in a residential treatment or inpatient setting * Experience working in a coaching/leadership role   Ready to make a difference?
