Military Analyst/Graphic Designer (CIG Section) Job Description Location: Fort Rucker, AL Technical and Project Engineering, LLC (TAPE) is not your normal government contractor. TAPE’s mission is to generate innovative and cost-effective solutions to any challenge, regardless of its scope or complexity, for our government customers. We work with our customers to identify their strategic and tactical needs and then seek the most innovative solutions to those requirements. Key Responsibilities * Expert level of understanding in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams * Must demonstrate mastery of graphics and video editing tools that are licensed for use on government networks. * Experienced in utilizing Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Captivate, After Effects, Spark, Premiere Pro, Audition, Dreamweaver). * Must be an energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image. * Must have a portfolio of work. * No military experience is required for this position, but this individual must understand military culture and be able to communicate that through the visual medium. * Coordinate with AVCOE Directorates, Brigade Commanders, ACMs, and Program Managers (PMs) to assist in the synchronization and updating of the Aviation Enterprise Common Operating Picture * Develop and deliver executive-level (24 Star) briefings, speeches, and articles on Army Aviation operations, training, doctrine, and program management within TRADOC * Research and write speeches, presentations, and written materials for Army executives, including official remarks, congressional testimony, and publications * Conduct in-depth research on military strategy, operations, and policy to support executive communications and program development * Write clear, concise, and audience-appropriate content across formats and forums * Participate in meetings, briefings, reviews, and Individual Transition Plans (ITPs) * Prepare detailed reports, information papers, executive summaries, presentations, handouts, and recommendations * Collaborate with Senior Leaders, Agencies, and Action Officers throughout the Aviation Enterprise * Represent the G5 in working groups and In-Progress Reviews (IPRs) focused on DOTMLPF-P analysis and integration Required Qualifications * BA/BS degree required * Expert level of understanding in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams * Ability to respond to high-priority, short-turn tasks with speed and accuracy * Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills * Demonstrated success collaborating across functions in mission-oriented environments Preferred Qualifications * MA/MS degree a plus * Previous service on AVCOE Staff strongly preferred * Experience serving in the Army or Joint Staff Clearance * Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
