SAIC is seeking a highly qualified Military Facilities Coordinator and Integrator located in Manila, Philippines to support the Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability (PMTEC) to maintain and monitor control access to the Military Facility to include U.S., Bilateral/Multilateral partners who meets the security requirements, vehicles and visitors. JOB DESCRIPTION: Assists in development of strategic Operations, Activities, and Investments in support of the Geographic Combatant Command Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Campaign (PMTEC) Plan. Supports the development of operational concepts, requirements, and architectural designs that support PMTEC. Develops briefings and assessments to a variety of audiences and convey information in a clear and articulate manner to U.S. Government and U.S. Military leaderships and Bilateral/Multilateral partners. Supports and assist INDOPACOM Command Security Manager security concepts and requirements of the Military Facilities. Maintains and monitors control access to the Military Facility to include U.S., Bilateral/Multilateral partners who meets the security requirements, vehicles and visitors. Responsible for the conduct of the periodic physical security, network and communications inspections. Maintain accurate and detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and access control events. Maintain communication and to be on-call 24/7 if emergency arise. Deconflict security requirements and standards with Bilateral/Multilateral partners. Responsible for the overall security of the Military Facilities. Assist in coordination and integration of Armed Forces of the Philippines’ Geographic Fusion Centers to the Military Facilities to provide a Common Operating Picture. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and ten (10)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. Demonstrated experience operating within the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility, with a specific focus on activities conducted in the Philippines, and Joint Exercises. Experience with US military operations and training activities. Proficient with SharePoint Online, Office 365, collaboration features, and document management. Knowledge in Physical Security and Network Security. Assist oversight and inventory of U.S. systems and property in the Military Facility. Preferred knowledge of military tactics and associated training requirements. DoD (uniform, civilian or contractor) Background: Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, Mid-level Warrant Officer or Mid-level Commissioned Officer experience preferred. REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Must have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI. Must be a current US Citizen. Must possess a U.S. passport.
