Description

The Military Master Planner Program Manager leads the development of military installation planning documents and manages all aspects of program performance, serving as the primary liaison with the Government customer. Responsibilities include overseeing technical execution, cost management, contract deliverables, and personnel administration. The role requires expertise in DoD planning standards, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years Military Master Planning experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of intelligence collection systems.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time in support of requirements
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate ability to work well with others and effectively resolve conflict.
    Location: Remote

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen.
Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.
May include lifting weight up to 25 pounds as necessary.
Optional: Physically able to walk or stand for more than 6 hours per day
